Thank you for downloading KIJANGMAS, is an application provided by the Koperasi Jaringan Syarat Indonesia Sejahtera (KJMIS)

We have a variety of Services so we have the right to include or impose additional requirements (including requirements regarding age) related to certain Services, where these additional requirements are part of the Service and will comply and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

We are a digital cooperative called the Koperasi Jaringan Syarat Indonesia Sejahtera, a platform provider for most of the services (as defined in below) provided by Us or Service Providers who collaborate with Us. You understand and agree that all risks arising from the use of the Service or any use of the Account and/or PIN are entirely Your responsibility and You will not submit a Claim in the form of anything to Us.

TERMS AND DEFINITIONS

1. “Akad” is an agreement or agreement between one party (the one who delivers) and another party (the one who receives) to carry out an act.
2. “Akun” or “Akun Anda” means every account (in the form of a virtual account or other form) that We create for You on the Application that You can use to access, use and/or enjoy the Services as well as to record, monitor and/or view all transactions and/or activities that you carry out through or using the Application including the balance in your account.
3. “KIJANGMAS” is a mobile application that you download so that you enter this page or these Terms and Conditions, which are issued by PT Sumber Jaringan Sejahtera.
4. “ATM” is an Automated Teller Machine.
5. “Bonus”, is cash that we give to every Member who successfully fulfills management terms and conditions. Bonus IDR 5,000 is given to members who have Agent status and successfully recommend someone to become a new KJMIS member.
6. “Cashback” is the amount of cash that we send to the Member's Voluntary Balance, every time a member has PPOB Shopping Agent status.
7. “Kami” are PT Sumber Jaringan Sejahtera which owns the application used by KJMIS.
8. “Klaim” means a warning, rebuttal, subpoena, suit, claim, demand, loss, investigation, consequence, legal process, case, dispute, confiscation, collateral and/or encumbrance in any form, anywhere and from any party, including but not limited to from you or from your husband, wife, children and/or or heirs.
9. “Layanan” means every service, program, service, product, feature, system, facility and/or service provided and/or offered by us in or through the Application.
10. “Layanan Pelanggan (Hello KJMIS)” is the customer service center function for users who can be contacted via telephone call, chat, email and/or other services.
11. “Nomor Anggota” is the application users identity number as proof of application use which is valid for life and can be inherited.
12. “One-time Transaction Password (OTP)” means a dynamic password sent to the Application holder's cell phone number which aims to secure the account from misuse without your knowledge by sending a notification to your cell phone to request approval.
13. “Pengguna” is an individual and/or legal entity registered with the KJMIS Application and/or Services.
14. “Penyedia Layanan” is one or more parties appointed by Us or who collaborate with Us to provide, operate and/or manage the Application and/or Services.
15. “PIN” means a series of numbers, codes, letters and/or secret symbols (or a combination of a series of numbers, codes, letters and/or secret symbols) which we will inform you for the security of access and/or use of the Account.
16. “Sistem” means all systems, devices (both hardware and software), networks, servers, connections (including internet connections), connectivity, infrastructure and other devices, facilities and infrastructure that are built, created, managed and/or operated for use and/ or provision of Applications and Services.
17. “Syarat dan Ketentuan” means these Terms and Conditions including any changes, additions, replacements, adjustments and/or modifications.
