1. Collection of Personal Data

As a user of the KIJANGMAS application, you directly or indirectly provide Personal Data to us. We will collect and store your personal data in the form of name, address, email, pin, or other data. We will collect your personal data when you access and use the KIJANGMAS application, register by creating an account, use features that require access permission on your device, which can then be updated periodically when using the KIJANGMAS application service

The personal data that we collect is data that you provide to us in the ways that we have previously explained. This personal data includes Name, Nomor Induk Kependudukan (NIK), Address, Mobile Number, Email Address, Place and Date of Birth, Gender, Religion, Marital Status, Occupation. When you upgrade your status from Prospective Member to Member, you will be asked to upload a photo of your KTP and a selfie photo for the purpose of verifying identity data

The personal data we collect can be used to facilitate the use of the service, verify account ownership, confirm conditions related to the service, provide data regarding new features and others.

2. Use of Personal Data

We will use your name, cellphone number and e-mail address to send messages regarding application updates, notifications and sending PIN and password updates. We will use your bank account data for various purposes related to financial matters regarding your KIJANGMAS account

From time to time we may use your personal data to conduct research, analysis, development and testing in order to improve service quality, security and your comfort in accessing and using the KIJANGMAS application. Personal Data is used in an anonymous form and in aggregate to more closely monitor which features of the Service are most frequently used, to analyze usage patterns and to focus on improving our services.

Images or photos uploaded in the KIJANGMAS application will be used for data verification or other purposes.

Our system will automatically send a verification code in the form of an OTP (One Time Password) if there is a change in the device used to run the KIJANGMAS application, a change or addition to the cellphone number.

Our application will automatically read your contact data and it will be displayed automatically to make it easier for you to enter data in the credit top-up feature or pay for cellular telephones, landline telephones, PLN electricity payments both post and prepaid, payments for PDAM, BPJS, Pay TV , Online Games, and pre and post internet, so you don't need to write down the destination number over and over again.

3. Disclosure of Personal Data

The personal data of users that we store will be kept confidential, we are committed not to sell, rent, display or distribute your personal data without your consent. We will only disclose personal data to third parties with your consent.

We will only disclose your personal data for certain purposes, including:

• When you register as a user of our application, and use the services and features of the KIJANGMAS application, you hereby directly provide consent in any form to disclose personal data and allow us to provide access.
• Third party financial institutions, banks and third party service providers.
• In certain circumstances, We may need to disclose personal data, such as when there are strong grounds to believe that such disclosure is necessary to prevent criminal acts, for law enforcement purposes, or to request compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements. We declare that we are not involved in the business of buying and selling your personal data to third parties.

You can update your personal data at any time by accessing the profile feature that we provide.

We take steps to share updates to your personal data with our third parties if your personal data is still needed for the above purposes.

5. Personal Data Security

We try to protect the personal data that you provide with the standard database security system that we use, and we also ensure that your personal data is not used by other unknown parties.

You must not reveal your security pin and password to anyone.

6. Remarks and Agreement

By using the KIJANGMAS application, you declare that you have read and fully understand this privacy policy. You also declare that you give us the right to use and share your personal data with third parties for reasonable reasons as far as permitted by applicable legal provisions. You agree not to make any demands on KJMIS regarding disclosure of your personal data.

This Privacy Policy was created and regulated based on the laws in force in the Republic of Indonesia. If in the future a dispute arises as a result of this privacy policy, it will be regulated by the exclusive jurisdiction of the Bandung Class IA District Court.

7. Changes to this Privacy Policy

PT. SUMBER JARINGAN SEJAHTERA as the owner of the KIJANGMAS application will periodically review this Privacy Policy. If this Privacy Policy is no longer in accordance with applicable legal provisions or user needs, we have the right to update and change it at any time. Any changes, no matter how small, to this Privacy Policy will be published in the Privacy Policy menu that we provide.

8. Data Storage and Deletion

• We store your personal data as a user for as long as necessary. We protect your personal data that you provide and store it in the database security system that we use with security procedures and means in accordance with the provisions of the laws and regulations in force in Indonesia.
• You can delete your personal data and account by submitting a request for account closure and deletion to us by including the reason for the closure via our email cs@kjmis.id, and we will process your request in accordance with this Privacy Policy and our obligations. us under the Privacy Act and other applicable laws.
• At any time we have the authority to block your account if there are indications of violations, cheating or fraud.
